You will be asked to complete a questionnaire covering your diet, lifestyle and any health concerns that you may have. The questionnaire will be emailed to you and should be returned at least a week before your consultation. The consultations take place in our studio in Christchurch, and both consultations will last approximately one hour.

Initial consultation
Your health concerns, history of illnesses, diet, lifestyle and goals will be discussed face to face in more detail and you will be given some initial recommendations.

Second Consultation
The imbalances in your diet, how they relate to your health and how they can be addressed is explained. A dietary programme tailored to your individual needs is devised by working together to optimise your health.

The cost of our two stage consultation is £80.
