Diane trained and qualified as a Dietary Therapist following a lifelong interest in health and food. She is passionate about food and she strongly believes that once dietary changes have been made to an individuals diet that they will only be sustained if the person enjoys the food they are eating. Healthy food needs to taste good too!

It is her own personal experiences that have driven her to make a career out of Dietary Therapy. Once she started making changes in her own diet so saw her health improve. She had increased levels of energy, no longer suffered from migraines, frequent colds and infections stopped, stress levels decreased and her dry skin improved. However, the turning point for her and where her understanding towards the impact that food can have on health was when she became pregnant.

Diane has learnt a lot raising two healthy children and being surrounded by other Mum's for the last 3 years has given her an insight into the problems that other people have experienced. This, along with the fact that Diane now understands the time constraints on her clients, has meant that the advice she gives is very realistic and manageable.

Diane also has another website, Baby Nutrition, which specialises in issues relating to pregnancy and children.
